KRONOTECH SOLUTIONS, S.L. is established in Spain and sells to consumers in the European Union. Section 10 explains which law applies and which courts are competent.

Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. General conditions of use

These General Conditions govern the use of (including mere access to) the pages that make up the website https://www.telebaterias.com, together with the content and services made available through them. Anyone accessing the website (the “User”) agrees to be bound by the General Conditions in force at that time.

7. Alternative dispute resolution

In the event of a consumer dispute, the User may turn to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body approved in their country of residence. For cross-border purchases within the European Union, the European Consumer Centres Network provides free assistance in disputes with traders established in another Member State; the contact details of each national centre are available on the European Commission website.

The European online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) ceased to operate on 20 July 2025 and is therefore no longer available as a complaints channel.

8. Intellectual and industrial property rights

The reproduction, distribution and public communication, including making available, of all or part of the content of this website for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, without the owner's authorisation, is expressly prohibited.
